Pricing FAQs
Can discounts be combined?
No, discounts cannot be combined. Only one discount can be applied per booking. We will automatically apply the highest discount you qualify for.
Is there a minimum number of players required?
Yes, each room has a minimum 2 player requirement.
How long are gift vouchers valid for?
Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. The expiration date will be clearly marked on the voucher. Extensions may be possible in certain circumstances - please contact us if your voucher is nearing expiration.
Do you offer private bookings?
Yes, when you book an entire room, it's automatically private - we never combine different groups in the same room. For exclusive use of our entire facility, please contact us about our corporate packages or custom events.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), for online bookings. For corporate events and large group bookings, we can also accept direct bank transfers.
Are there any additional costs I should be aware of?
The prices listed include all game fees and GST.
