Booking Policies

Reservations

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
  • Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled time for briefing.
  • Late arrivals may result in reduced game time or cancellation without refund.

Age Requirements

  • Players must be at least 10 years old to participate.
  • Players under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
  • ID may be required to verify age for certain discounts.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • 48+ hours notice: Full refund or free rescheduling.
  • 24-48 hours notice: No refund, but free rescheduling available.
  • Less than 24 hours notice: No refund or rescheduling.
  • Rescheduling is subject to availability.

Group Bookings

  • Group packages require 7 days advance booking.
  • Corporate events require 14 days advance booking.
  • 50% deposit required for group bookings over 10 people.
